BlogBooker a nifty way to save your blog

BlogBooker produces a high-quality PDF Blog Book from all your blog’s entries and comments.

Archives can be generated from any blog running on WordPress, LiveJournal (and derivatives) or Blogger.

The whole process takes about 3-4 minutes, depending on the size of your blog.

“BlogBooker: From your Blog to a PDF Book.

Blogbooker is a FREE service offered thanks to donations.”

I have used the on-line software with my Disgruntled Old Coot WordPress blog and obtained a .pdf file that included pictures.

A handy service  and could be handy if you migrate a blog to another site or server hard-drive meltdown loses you efforts or, maybe your blog provider will depart, pulling the plug and leaving your efforts unreachable by you or others.

Yahoo’s GeoCities free Web site hosting disappeared awhile back.

Populated by a multitude of folks Yahoo did give ample warning so if users wanted they could move their site to another provider of Web space.

I moved my GeoCities quadraphonic audio Web site to a WordPress blog site.

I did the copy-paste routine but there are advantages to the .pdf format and when one’s blog disappears with no warning having a backup can be a wonderful thing to have stashed on your own hard-drive and for safety back-up your hard-drive or the most important stuff on it to a different data-saving device such as a thumb-drive or external hard-drive.

A donation will assist in paying for the bandwidth to keep the BookBlogger site up and running and to reward the generous fellow that allows We, the People to use his creation!!!
