Watching and listening to the Today TV show October 3, 2012 around 7:15 AM Central Standard Time yet another lame vile politico appeared spewing the usual meaningless froth.
Babbling away about the problems confronting the USA and how this and that needs to be done to fix those problems, another, to me, self-centered greedy defiler of the USA proved his lust for wealth using the embedded method of serving the USA ruling masters, corporate USA, etc.
Ricky Santorum… is he merely another scoundrel or does the boy actually believe in the words he spews?
If he does truly believe the messages he sends forth then I must declare my opinion that he is merely one of a multitude of well-brainwashed buffoons infesting the USA and people of his ilk are part of the problems confronting the USA and the 300-million-plus folks living within the once-sovereign country beset with political correctness and in the throes of severe class warfare.
I believe it is likely that some to many readers of this blog entry may be asking themselves “What the heck are you griping about now you ancient, decrepit hideously homely Disgruntled Old Coot?”
Good question I proclaim, even though I created the query.
Observing the Santorum unit I noticed he clearly stated that his newest book is on sale now.
The lad who apparently has never spent a moment of his adult life as a member of the growing working-poor class wrote a book in 2005 titled It Takes a Family.
Digging into the deep recesses of my semi-coherent brainlet I recall the Marketing education from decades ago.
A babbling politician or ex-politician has an edge over us mere commoners when attempting to convey a viewpoint and/or gather wealth from book sales (I cover the method used by the ruling masters and corporate USA to reward their lackeys, minions, cohorts, etc. using the “speech circuit” to legally pay-off their loyal underlings and maintain the status quo enslaving the masses of common folks in other entries).
The Santorum appearance on the Today show is evidence of that edge held by many of those at the upper levels of the socio-economic hierarchy or who are well-behaved lackeys of those at the apex of the hierarchy and/or corporate USA.
A hierarchy so beneficial to a minority of elites with a multitude below struggling for mere survival with little to no economic security and who are too often unable to acquire what are considered “basics” such as needed dental care or a safe place to shelter from the elements.
Efforts that fill stores with goods and ensures the trains run on time and your car starts and the gas station pumps function properly and your toilet flushes and your streets are not filled with trash and your children are educated and watched over as you attend to the tasks that likely earn you more in a year than too many commoners take a life-time to earn and without the various benefits you elites have that are but a dream to those harvesting the food you need to stay alive.
Oh my, I was literally running out of breath during that prior paragraph!!!
Reading the Wikipedia entry about It Takes a Family I was amused by a reviewer’s declaration; “The Philadelphia Inquirer referred to Santorum as “one of the finest minds of the Thirteenth Century”.”
I do not give much credence to any reviewer’s opinion but humor does not require accuracy in commenting.
I do not besmirch the putrid politician on a personal level. Nope. Not me.
I lambaste the lad because of his position on the socio-economic hierarchy and being a tiny part of… of… of what? A “system” geared towards the benefit of a few? A lackey of those much more wealthy and powerful than he is? For being a part of the vast forces arrayed against the masses of us “regular folks” who have what I believe to be a class war thrown at us?
Santorum’s newest book is what prompted this entry.
Santorum cites unsung heroes of the American Revolution
“In his new book, “American Patriots,” Rick Santorum recounts the extraordinary acts of 25 largely unsung heroes from the Revolutionary era, focusing on how their deeds and sacrifices helped win the freedom we enjoy today.”
When writing for profit a topic that appeals to book buyers is a “must do.”
Consider my Disgruntled blog.
I did not start the blog in an attempt to garner wealth as some blogs have,
My intent was to do my part in attempting to counteract to whatever extent the vast forces arrayed against We, the People; the huge horde of common folks.
Life-long indoctrination to convince us that the USA as it exists is correct and proper.
I have covered the brainwashing of the masses in other entries so will not cover that fearsome fact in this entry.
Santorum wrote about events with much emotional appeal that will assist his selling books.
My Disgruntled Old Coot Viewpoint ™ interprets the book differently than what spewing lackey Santorum intended with his latest book.
American Patriots: Answering the Call to Freedom
The link above takes you to the ever-nifty Amazon Web site.
The comments section at the bottom of the page is a boon to those seeking others’ opinions about whatever is being sold by Amazon.
I have bought numerous items over the years from Amazon and have been sated every time.
My opinion in general about Santorum’s latest effort to garner wealth…
I do not even have to read the book!!! Santorum’s book is formulaic, written in a manner used by many authors prior to Santorum’s writing.
The lackey lad’s writing method is designed to appeal to what I believe is an immense mob of well-indoctrinated common folks who support that which economically enslaves them.
People who in the past opposed parts of the “system” they lived within that they did not agree with are pictured as heroic.
Let us move forward to the Occupy movement, the 99 percenters who oppose parts of the “system” they live in.
I disagree with aspects of the Occupy movement but I do agree with parts of what they are angry about.
Due to Santorum’s being embedded in a system he purposefully decided to immerse himself within, a system that ensures he is higher up the socio-economic hierarchy than the multitudes below him that actually create wealth and do the deeds that allow our society to exist, he is behaving properly as a good lackey should and thus receives his rewards.
Keep on spewing your drivel little lackey boy. Serve your masters well.
Santorum was and is immersed within the immense propaganda system all of us are confronted with our entire lives.
I fear that Santorum never cast off enough of his brainwashing to ever become one of the types of people he writes about!!!
It is possible that the heroes Santorum appears to admire and writes about, if they were alive today, may have been in the crowd of Occupiers confronting the powerful forces enslaving We, the People in many ways.
And thus ends my latest rant about life in general within the enemy-occupied once-sovereign USA.
Have a wonderful week, folks!!!!
