Already-wealthy punks begging money from a Disgruntled Old Coot who is experiencing several physical infirmities and the Veterans Administration has given up on me since they are unable or unwilling to determine the cause of my problems preventing me from obtaining any employment.
No whining, just the facts.
Constant pain that never ends. Greatly limited to what I can do and there is much I used to do that is impossible now.
Scraping by on savings and when those are gone homelessness is likely my only option.
No relatives to assist me. I am on my own.
I know the begging scum sending the e-mail below are not aware of my position.
I also know those want-to-be politician punks have much more money than I do even after I have performed decades of labor that fed folks, moved the goods that were in your stores and many other tasks a modern society requires to be done.
Most of those jobs paid just enough to exist from day to day; and benefits? Benefits?!!!
Even if offered health insurance, when paid for, did not leave enough money to pay for basic life necessities. The few I saw paying for that health insurance were females whose husband’s earnings covered typical living costs but did not have access to insurance or whose cost was so high the basics could not be paid for.
A commonality among the working-poor social class was for females to seek a job with the lowest health insurance cost and try to get that job so the household would have at least some basic health insurance.
Sadly, anything more than a simple malady such as a heart attack, cancer, a failing liver, etc. usually doomed that household to a lifetime of paying medical bills.
Remember, health insurance exists because there is profit to be made by selling it.
How about pensions? 401ks? And other benefits that are the norm for those higher-up the socio-economic pyramid-shaped hierarchy? HAH!!!!!
Well, I did finally obtain a job offering those wonderful wealth builders and affordable health insurance!!!
Hooray!!!!
I was in my early 40s and figured if I saved all I could of my $10 per hour wage (1995 wage rate) and put the maximum into the various save-for-old-age plans I would not be destitute in my old age.
But… as has happened to many millions of other common folks at the bottom levels of the socio-economic hierarchy, 14 months after I obtained that job, it and thousands of others at the firm were sent overseas to maximize the wealth of those at the top of the socio-economic hierarchy.
I did the best I could but was never able to replace that job and its benefits.
I was raised in a working-poor class environment and lived in that class my entire life.
“America needs ditch diggers, too” the propaganda proclaims.
Well, the USA also needs people willing to travel to foreign lands and, as has occurred in my opinion for decades, fight and perhaps die or be horribly injured fighting the elite-class and corporate USA wars.
I volunteered at 17 for the USA military; no choice… a recession was underway and the front door was my destination when I reached 18 the old man stated since an adult makes his own way in life and an adult I would be the day I reached 18.
Two tours to Asian waters. Evacuate Vietnam, help get the SS Mayaguez back from Cambodian bad guys, rattle sabers while extending a middle finger at China to the west and North Korea to the east while showing the USA flag. It was the Cold War era and times were different back then.
Even when visiting “friendly” countries such as the Philippines danger lurked. The New People’s Army and the HUKs were a threat to one’s life and the year prior to my arrival an ambush at a remote section of the Subic Bay Navy base resulted in deaths.
And though despised by many Filipinos the despotic ruler of that time, Marcos, the guy whose wife had thousands of shoes while poverty was the standard for the masses, the USA’s ruling masters and corporations adored Marcos.
Marcos obeyed and cooperated with USA elites.
Elites across the planet assist each other and all of them, I believe, skim wealth from the masses below them.
Yes, I and the others aboard our warship were jack-booted thugs helping to prop up a despot.
Yet, the propaganda we are immersed in for life had me convinced at that time we were protecting America!!!
I learned not long afterwards that was BS!!!
I was defending the wealth flow leading back to the USA.
I am grateful that the USA is not evil as I define that word.
Unlike some countries/cultures the USA does do good deeds but the greed and immorality of many of the USA upper-crust does not deserve the support of We, the People and need to be curtailed in some way.
The only method of controlling those immensely powerful people and entities is via a full-scale military coup. That subject is mentioned in other posts.

A frequent “friend” during our travels across the South and East China Seas and the enormous Pacific Ocean was “your friendly neighborhood Bear,” a long-rage USSR reconnaissance aircraft.
It was surprising how a diving close swoop by the critter can shake a 3,500 ton warship.

What I am writing is ample subjective opinion and a few facts such as parts of my life that when combined with 50-plus years of life experience, enormous amounts of non-fiction reading and self-research via the printed word that has resulted in this and many other blog posts.

In my opinion the vast majority of federal-level politicos are lackey figureheads of those atop the socio-economic hierarchy and immensely wealthy and powerful corporations.
I would be greatly pleased if the USA military commenced a coup to destroy the unrepairable USA federal government and many corrupt bureaucracies, institutions etc. and start anew.
Hopefully that coup would be completed with no physical harm to anybody.
If only patriotic officers could cast aside enough of the life-long indoctrination all USA citizens/residents are immersed in.

I hope those two dainty darling punks who have never confronted the travails so many millions of good, decent USA citizens confront daily while doing the jobs required to allow the USA to function on a day-to-day basis do not pee their panties if they are ever shown my reply by their own lackeys.
I am not endorsing Obama with this post since I believe that whoever the figurehead lackeys within the federal government are makes little to no difference in the USA… from politics to economics to other aspects of life in the USA.
The elite ruling class and the ultra-wealthy and powerful corporations will only allow changes that they approve of.
Whoever the lackey is in political office or in a top-level bureaucracy knows that if they “play the game” their financial rewards await them.

I live in an area well-known for poverty with many folks lacking funds for ample food, dental care and other life necessities.
There are many reasons for this poverty and some of them are due to personal problems caused by the individual; from excess alcohol use and other negatives.
But, the lack of jobs paying a livable wage is a major problem. Toss in the ever-rising costs of basic living and the USA, for many folks, is becoming an economic quagmire.
But, everything is fine in the USA!!!!!
The deserving proper folks have ample wealth and never lack dental or other care thus never suffering daily from unrelenting pain.

upon the local dentists, their assistants and others who volunteer and donate their time and skills to assist folks unable to afford the dental care they badly need but do not have the funds to pay for the needed care.
I believe that many of the folks receiving that care are “regular old folks” of the working-poor and unemployed classes.
If I ever meet a dentist or their helpers I will thank them for their efforts with all the gratitude possible.
Piss on you punk politician scum.
Those folks relieving those pain-filled folks of that burden are worth much more recognition that you figurehead vermin.
I do know that the USA will never name an aircraft carrier for one of those despised commoners who have done so much for their fellow humans.
Here is my fairness regarding politicians and candidates begging for bucks and votes.
I despise Obama for being a lackey and who will assuredly reap many millions of dollars for obeying his ruling-class masters.
I admit I despise him a little less than the Romney and his side-kick boy but not much less.
For the record, and to assuage the lackey bureaucrat scum, especially of the jack-booted thug variety who place pay, pension and perks above loyalty to We, the People, I do not want bad things to happen to anybody with a few exceptions.
Criminals who physically harm or kill others for personal gain… if truly guilty with absolutely no doubt… and that does occur in some cases… well… yes, I support the death penalty but there has to be 500% certainty the one executed is guilty.
Otherwise, a lifetime stuck in a hard-core prison with all the scum inside is akin to Heck on Earth.
Anyway… knowing that hunger, but not out-and-out starvation, exists atop the Ozark Plateau various possible Obama utterance pass through my mind:
