Move to Amend National
PS – This morning the Supreme Court doubled down on Citizens United and let Montana know that corporate rule is here to stay. We were hardly surprised by this action, and it just proves what we’ve known for years: the Court isn’t going to get us out of the mess they created. It is up to us, and amending the Constitution is the necessary solution!
MOVE TO AMEND

We, the People of the United States of America, reject the U.S. Supreme Court’s Citizens United ruling, and move to amend our Constitution to firmly establish that money is not speech, and that human beings, not corporations, are persons entitled to constitutional rights.
