Health care in the USA.
Lots of publicity regarding the topic lately.
The lead figurehead of the elites, corporate America and the special-interest groups, the Obama unit, is babbling about reforming health care.
Lots of confusion existing within the Coots’ Cranium ™ however.
Are we supposed to be improving health care practices or how the cost is transferred to the end user?
Are we concerned with health care insurance in general or how much of the cost is covered by which sub-section of the USA population?
Are we concerned with how folks in general use the existing health care systems… yes, there IS more than one health care system in the USA.
At the Contra Costa County public hospital in the late 1980s where my “treatment” for what I believe may have been a black widow spider bite cost me over $400; for a 5-minute look-over by a doctor and sent on my way, I saw the illegals coming in for the free treatment (thanks to phony ID) for symptoms as minor as a sniffle or a runny nose (your Coot was one hurting Coot… in agony and basically bedridden for five days except for the brief period about half-way through when I was barely able to get myself to the hospital and back before the main symptoms reasserted themselves) .
Talk to an emergency room nurse or read what they write about the MANY abuses of emergency rooms and how those receiving free care abuse it.
Read about how those not paying for medical care call an ambulance for free transportation to emergency rooms… a favorite tactic of illegal aliens who have kids by the score.
There are so many ways to abuse the existing systems and there will be more ways to abuse an altered future system.
Where is the talk about fixing the existing problems?
How about the doctors and hospitals defrauding patients, insurers and government agencies? So often the punishment is a wrist slap with nothing done to eliminate waste and fraud.
How about those staging fake car wrecks or work injuries that defrauds all of us?
So much fraud and conniving and basic criminal behavior that all of us pay for with higher medical and insurance costs along with taxes paid to cover costs paid by governmental agencies.
Where are the criminals sentenced to life at hard labor who defraud us whose sentence will hopefully send a message to others to NOT screw all of us?
Maybe we need to see a few bodies swaying in the breeze, hanged by the neck until dead, to send a clearer message to those considering defrauding us. Of course, ensure there is NO possibility at all the one(s) hanging around to send that message are innocent. Their guilt MUST be 200 percent proven.. and considering how corrupt the legal system is, well…
Sure, something needs fixed with many aspects of the health care system in the once-sovereign USA.
First fix would be to save BILLIONS of dollars by kicking out the illegal invaders.
Next, do all possible to stop fraud at all levels; from patient to doctor to corporations involved with health and medical care.
Next, make the elites and their lackeys who are skimming from the pile of medical dollars get real jobs.
There are too many parasites grabbing medical-related dollars who have nothing to do with medical care… other than occupying a created position whose existence serves nobody but the parasite within that position.
Sadly, if the USA federal government gets even more involved with the medical arena the actual problems leading to excessive costs will not be eliminated.
Just expect even more abuse and even more parasites skimming off the top with even less to be accomplished with even more money thrown into the medical care dollar pile.
It is the American Way. Accept the coming changes that benefit only a few already wealthy parasites, a criminal element, abusers of systems for their own advancement and many millions of illegal aliens who will not even bother to mumble, “Gracias.”
Instead, expect a non-spoken-aloud “Muy estupido Gringo suckers.”
The medical and health care and insurance for them subjects is extremely complicated with a huge number of aspects and so many ways to view the situation,

“Free enterprise” in health care? How stupid do you think we are? Where is there a market where I can buy an eye exam, a blood test, an MRI or even know the cost of one of these commodities? Where is the free market where I can buy prescription drugs? The prices are set, not by supply and demand, but by monopolistic protectionism. Health care is a perfect example of a lack of competition and free enterprise. We are forced into non-transparent financial exchanges with businesses and providers protected by pure cronyism and political payoffs.”
I agree. But, it is just one aspect of the many problems, defects and other negatives of a medical system designed to maximize profit for a few at the expense of many.
Surely we can alter the system so that those actually working within the system, the ones who actually perform useful needed functions are rewarded for their efforts while the parasites are given the boot.
Some jobs within the medical field require years of preparation and immense cost, such as surgeons. Yes!!! Reward them well!!! Other jobs within the medical field are also worthy of a good or even a great wage.
But why is that corporate higher-up functioning within an elite-created position making such a huge salary for… what? Shuffling papers around and influencing politicians to create legislation that harms the masses and ensuring the proper politicians obtain high-paying jobs at the apex of the medical field when those politicos depart office and over and over and over.
Whatever the outcome of the Obama units’ efforts, along with those of the horde of scum greedy elite-class or elite-class lackey vile foul politicians within Congress AND all the underlings, minions, lackeys and bureaucrats obeying the parasitical class above them… rest assured that the “proper” “deserving” folks of the USA will benefit greatly from any alterations to the existing medical systems.
Rest assured that those benefiting the most will not be you or me or our neighbors and co-workers.
Nope.
We will pay and the “skim” will continue and likely increase and the number of illegal alien parasites will continue increasing also since they are tools used by the elites in the ongoing class war.
